Career Development
Oversees mentorship programs, career workshops, resume review sessions, and the job board. This committee is dedicated to helping members advance their careers through practical resources, professional development opportunities, and strategic industry connections.

Education & Resources
Curates educational content including workshops, certification partnerships, toolkits, and the resource library. This committee works with industry partners to bring cutting-edge training and learning opportunities to AAMA members at every career level.

Events & Programming
Plans and executes AAMA's calendar of events, including the annual MFTC Summit, monthly meetups, webinars, and networking mixers. This committee shapes the experiences that bring our community together and ensures every event delivers value, connection, and inspiration.

Marketing & Communications
Manages AAMA's brand presence across all channels, including social media, email newsletters, the blog, and public relations. This committee ensures consistent messaging and drives awareness of AAMA's mission, events, and member achievements.

Focused on growing and retaining AAMA's membership base. This committee develops onboarding experiences for new members, creates engagement initiatives to keep the community active, and identifies ways to deliver more value at every membership tier.

Builds and manages relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and allied organizations. This committee identifies partnership opportunities that align with AAMA's mission and negotiates sponsorship agreements that fund programming and create value for members.

How to get involved
Committee membership is open to all AAMA members in good standing. We welcome professionals at every career stage, whether you have decades of experience or are just starting out. What matters most is a willingness to contribute and a passion for advancing our community.
Committee terms run for one year, with the option to renew. Members typically commit four to six hours per month, including a monthly committee meeting and project work between sessions. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you will hear back from a committee chair within two weeks.
