Michelle Ngome, Fractional Diversity Marketing Consultant – Line 25 Consulting
Michelle Ngome is an award-winning inclusive marketing consultant. As the founder of Line 25 Consulting, she trains and consults with organizations on how to develop inclusive marketing strategies. In 2019, she founded the African-American Marketing Association, creating a nonprofit platform that empowers Black marketers. Michelle is the creator of the Be Inclusive: a DEI Card Game to help facilitate conversation on diversity and company culture.
She is the recipient of the Diversity in Business award by the Houston Business Journal. In addition to being recognized by LinkedIn as 25 Inspiration Black Women in Marketing; LinkedIn’s Rising Stars in the Marketing World; SIA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencer List, and Semrush’s Top 100 Influencers in Content Marketing.
In addition, she has written white papers on The 6 Methods For Your Organization to Become Inclusive and The Language of Inclusion Guide. She has presented to AIG, Ad Age, Content Marketing World, as well as numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.
ANTOINETTE OKONO
Antoinette Okono is a native Houstonian boasting approximately 16 years of marketing experience. As a marketing thinker, and PhD candidate at the University of South Alabama, she possesses the ability to derive insights from observations and curious inquiries. Her expertise encompasses various insights tools, including Think With Google, Sprout Social, Google Scholar, Tableau, and Google Data Studio. Antoinette loves to learn and explore new marketing frontier, and share and explore those insights with her peers.
She earned her Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Marketing Management certification from the American Marketing Association, with additional certifications from Meta (2), Google (9), and HubSpot (5). Throughout her marketing career, she has diligently honed her skills across diverse domains such as ABM, email, product, programmatic, SaaS, and social media. Antoinette's professional journey has been marked by significant engagements with esteemed clients like Microsoft, Samsung, Kroger, Portwest, Schneider Electric, Grammarly, Walmart, Amazon, and Little Caesars, where she assumed the pivotal role of a Strategy Lead.
Outside her marketing pursuits, Antoinette harbors a deep passion for nonprofit service and social causes that revolve around children and child protection, including combating trafficking. Presently, she serves as an advisory board member and eagerly looks forward to channeling her talents as AAMA's VP.

Her expertise in business development, donor management, fundraising, and volunteer coordination has enabled her to make a tangible impact on the community. From media buying to focus groups, Isaiah has worked for companies small & large. Isaiah was born in Tuscaloosa, AL to a family with a taste for the open road. Mississippi is where he completed his undergraduate journey for a BA in Marketing.
Now working for Hearst as the digital campaign specialist with part time clients. Isaiah is keeping marketing & strategy impactful.
