Michelle Ngome is a marketing strategist, community builder, and advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship. In 2019, she founded the African American Marketing Association (AAMA), a nonprofit dedicated to educating, empowering, and elevating Black marketers, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, AAMA has become a national network with signature programs such as the Business of Marketing Bootcamp and Marketing For The Culture Summit.
