Bio

Michelle Ngome is a marketing strategist, community builder, and advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship. In 2019, she founded the African American Marketing Association (AAMA), a nonprofit dedicated to educating, empowering, and elevating Black marketers, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, AAMA has become a national network with signature programs such as the Business of Marketing Bootcamp and Marketing For The Culture Summit, both designed to bridge equity gaps in professional development and small business advocacy.
