Tony "TJ" Griffin

I'm a Chief of Staff, organizational development strategist, and Air Force veteran passionate about helping organizations and professionals grow through stronger leadership, smarter systems, and intentional strategy. With more than a decade of experience spanning marketing, workforce development, executive operations, and nonprofit leadership, I've led initiatives that improve organizational performance, develop talent, and create sustainable growth. Today, I serve as Chief of Staff for the African American Marketing Association and Marketing Manager for Georgia Vocational Solutions, where my work focuses on organizational strategy, workforce development, participant experience, executive support, and operational excellence. I've also collaborated on workforce initiatives with organizations including Amazon, Georgia Power, Chick-fil-A, and Fastenal to strengthen employer engagement and career opportunities. I'm always interested in connecting with professionals who are passionate about leadership, workforce development, organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and creating greater economic opportunity within our communities.
